Welcome to Nickelback Jokes!

Hi! My name is Aaron. I created this Blog in honor of all the Nickelback Jokes and insults that have accumulated over the years. To be honest, I am a big Nickelback fan, and always will be. I'm really into their music, and really like the "good guy" attitude they use to brush off the insults and jokes which has inspired me to put this continuous collection together! Enjoy!!

Nickelback Thank Black Keys For Insult

Nickelback have given a hilarious response to The Black Keys, who claimed that rock is dying because of the mainstream rock act. Black Keys drummer Patrick Carney complained to Rolling Stone that Nickelback caused a lull in guitar groups because "[Musicians] became OK with the idea that the biggest rock band in the world is always going to be s**t - therefore you should never try to be the biggest rock band in the world." Nickelback took to Twitter to reply with a typically wry back-handed comment:
It is not the first time Nickelback have dealt well with criticism. In November, a petition to ban them from playing at half-time during a football game in Detroit collected more than 50,000 signatures. Their response? To produce a self-parody for Funny-or-Die to make light of the situation, earning the band a good dose of respect. Similarly, the sports star Peter Moylan, a pitcher for the Atlanta Braves, tweeted that the band should visit a Foo Fighters concert to "see how it's done." Nickelback quickly replied to say the Foos are killer, and asked Pete whether it was better watching his team mates from the bench or the TV. Touche! With their latest album "Here And Now" shooting straight to the top of the Billboard chart in early December, and more than 3 million sales of their 2008 album "Dark Horse", we can understand why Nickelback are targeted by people who dislike mainstream music. However, we have to respect Nickelback's sense of humor and way they deal with critics; with maturity and aplomb. Let it be a lesson to all of us. Article from http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/news
